Building 1 (blocks ABCDE) achieved “Good” rating with a 48.4% BREEAM score.
Radius Group has a longstanding commitment to sustainable development. In 2012 we became the first real estate developer in Russia to be awarded BREEAM’s internationally recognized certification for energy-efficiency and environmental sustainability for a warehouse facility in Russia. In 2015 we received a sixth BREEAM certificate, achieving a 58.6% rating - the highest rating awarded to a commercial real estate project anywhere in Russia.
