Euromoney Magazine’s 9th annual 2013 Real Estate Survey canvassed real estate developers, advisors, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks worldwide.
Companies were ranked based on their contribution to promoting greater transparency and the comparability of their practices with those from around the region. Radius Group was voted “Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Russia” and “Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Central and Eastern Europe.” Radius Group jumped to first in both categories from fourth and sixth place, respectively, from the previous year.
