The Green Awards is an all-Russia competition recognizing market leaders in sustainable development and energy efficiency.
The competition is organized by the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers, and supported by the Russian Federation Ministry of Regional Development and Ministry for Natural Resources and Environment. The competitive graded real estate projects based on six primary criteria: sustainable site development, efficient water use, energy efficiency, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality and innovation in design. Radius Group’s South Gate Industrial Park was awarded 4 diplomas in 2013 for the being the market leader in resource-efficiency and environmental sustainability.
