Building 3 (blocks CDE) achieved “Very Good” rating with a 46.5% BREEAM score.
Radius Group has a long standing commitment to sustainable development. In 2012 we became the first real estate developer in Russia to be awarded BREEAM’s internationally recognized certification for energy-efficiency and environmental sustainability for a warehouse facility in Russia. In 2015 we received a seventh BREEAM certificate retroactive to our 2013 development - achieving a 46.5% rating.
