Zakhar Valkov

Zakhar Valkov has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector in Russia. Within Radius Group, Zakhar has helped establish the team as the award winning market leader. In 2021, Zakhar took on the role as Chief Operations Officer, focusing on Customer Solutions & Marketing, Property and Asset Management of the existing portfolio of the company exceeding 500 000 sq.m. of warehousing and industrial real estate. Zakhar was instrumental in guiding the successful sale process of Southgate Industrial Park.  

Before joining Radius Group, Zakhar worked for more than 5 years in the international real estate consultancy firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as National Director, Russia & CIS, Corporate Solutions. Prior to JLL, Zakhar occupied various senior executive positions in the real estate investment company «Jensen Group» and representation office of «Gars Telecom» (PJSC “Megafon”) in the North-West region.

When time allows Zakhar enjoys winter sports and travel.
